Although
Massachusetts does not require keeping a detailed
journal of all notarial acts, I do keep a journal
according to NNA’s recommendations. I also carry an
E&O policy (details available upon request).
I have passed the JPS CACE (Closer Advanced Competency
Exam) and have earned the Associate Master Closer
Specialist Silver Seal.
I am very flexible and always maintain a high level of
efficiency and professionalism.
I have worked with nationwide signing companies,
regional signing networks, closing agents, lenders,
and escrow/title companies.
